Over the years, many leaders and staff have relied on booklets from our Building Full Capacity Locals (BFCL) program as a valuable resource for training and guidance. By the end of 2022 the majority of the BFCL booklets will be phased out and replaced with an updated more user-friendly version for member use.
Sections that have been reviewed by the board with staff input will be uploaded here for immediate use.
We are thankful for our staff and members who have contributed to the BFCL booklets over the years and who provided feedback in bringing this update into fruition.
